Advance parole holla..not advance payroll sathi. If your TPS is pending, its better to consult Lawyer (Nepali Lawyer) before you make a decision to leave US and travel to Nepal. Do not take risk. Normally, TPS gets approved before 90 days. If your case is pending for more than 90 days, create a service order at USCIS or go to nearest USCIS office.

@neerman - Nobody's getting tps approval but EAD since last 5 months. Everyone is waiting with curiosity. Don't know what is going on in USCIS.

teroobaau, instead of bumping this thread, I think you should create a new thread with the new question. People have already responded to your original question. Now you have another question in the middle of a thread. Such questions usually go overlooked. I think you will get answers if you start a new thread with the new question "Yo advance parole ko validity kati lamo cha ho sarhi ho? 3 mnths 6 mnths or 1 year". Just my suggestion!!!
