I came US for my post-graduation & I went back to Nepal and got married. I invited her in my

graduation and she got 6 months visiting visa. I am in opt right now and her visa will expire next month. I still looking for jobs so  i can't apply her on my dependent until i got job. What should i do in this condition in order to extend her stay in US? How can i can change her status on my dependent before i find the jobs ? Pl give the best advice.

ok only because your name resembles mine, i'm replying.....

- Best option: you can apply for visa extension and she can get another 6 months to stay legally without being your dependent.

- alternative: change her visa type  to F1.  This way she might be bound within all F1 immigration rules but more importantly you'll buy some more time to find job even after 6 months extension (if your degree is under STEM and you apply for 17 months opt extension too)

- third option: if you don't find a job till your opt expires, you can be on your wife's F1-dependent considering you chose the alternative option.

If you chose the first option and get a job, you'll file your H1-B and the dependent visa for your wife but she won't be allowed to work, whereas if you go with second option you both will be together and after she completes her study she won't have to stay housewife :)  and i hope you dont' have to go for the third option at all.... Choice is yours.

good luck and best wishes finding a job (and the job that sponsors your H1)
