 do we need letter from embassy to go back nepal.

accourding to the subject. Me and my family plan to go back nepal after 4month. me and my wife was out of status from last couple year. we have 4 month baby now. who is born here in usa. To go back nepal we need letter from Nepal embassy? looking for all sajha family support. thanks

I don't think so. You can leave as you please. They will most likely try to extort money off you at Nepal Airport as they notice you have overstayed. You do not have to pay a cent to these low life immigration officials of Nepal. Just tell them to f..off as it is none of their business that you overstayed in the US.
