what is the procedure to post an article in The Kathmandu Post or any other English newspaper that is published in nepal? By the way i am not in nepal. i m out of nepal for my study.

thank you khairey for ur suggestion. actually the article if for people out there and esp. teenagers. if i were to publish here i would have done earlier before asking this question. but i m amazed to see that no one has any idea about it. i thought at least somebody could give me an idea.
