It's Free, But we can take a security deposit 300 USD, After placing you we can pay you back.

We can take a security deposit 300 USD and it's Free ???..I think if someone will be placed then they don't need that 300 USD. But they surely do need that money if they don't find job after wasting so many months. I hope you know how to do your business but first start understand your future employee situation.
