Dear Sajha members,
I am in my OPT and currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. My wife (she was here with me) who is my dependent has to go to Nepal due to her family reasons. In order to bring her to the US, what are the documents needed? What are her chances of getting visa? I was wondering if any one of you were in the similar situation.
Your advice and suggestion is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
