This company has been fooling people a long time, sucking Nepali people's hard earn money. The question is how come Smart Nepalese Business people in United States fall for this guy?
Restaurant owners, Liquor store owners in VA, MD, DC, TX, wasting thousands of dollar giving loan or buying shares with this company.
Co-founder Sitoula is a real estate agent in VA these days. Babu ho you do still have time. tell the truth.

The doc provides details of how much money Nepalese-American business people has invested in this company.
When I saw the name of the Liquor store owner in Maryland, I was shocked. I thought he was a smart guy. He could have invest that much money with Goldman Sacs.
If you have known anyone who wants to invest in this company, let them know, stop them from investing.
