Hi,
I need TU transkript to apply one of the US college. How do I get it in sealed envelope? I am currently in US.

You should apply in person at TU, Balkhu

I think you need to show hardcopies and photocopies to PANIKA, they charge some fees and create for you. Gyaneshor USEF also does too If you at USA you can try IERF
