These thumbnails you have used look good, but they are confusing since you are randomly assigning them to users. A single user gets different thumbnail/icon each time he/she posts something. A thumbnail/icon kind of assigns an identity to users and by randomly changing them, the posts are getting confusing as to who posted what.
