There are a lot of Nepali there, I am sure they will respond.

I was in Louisville earlier this year. I'm not too sure about Loiusville, but there is a  Nepali community in Bowling Green, which I believe is about 2 hours away from Loiusville. Search for Bhutanese/Nepali copmmunity of Bowling Green on facebook. I can't give you the exact link since I don't have a facebook, but I think the page still exists. I think your best bet is to contact someone from that page and ask them about the Nepali community in Louisville.
