My H1B is recently approved. I also received the I-797 for me and for my wife, who is in Nepal. I want to call my wife but I am wondering if she can now apply for H4 visa stamping or she should wait until October 1st. Guys, please pour in your suggestion as to when it would be appropriate to apply for H4 visa stamping in Nepal. Thanks!

If you have I-797 on your hand and h1B on the passport, your wife can apply, i guess.
