I bought a phone card from Nepalisite.com.Nepali site customer service is nicely speaking but his/her phone card are crap.I bought one phone card for $5 but i could not able to use 1 min.All $5 is gone.

So did you call them?
They take care of you if you call them and explain.
You need to understand that phone cards to Nepal is not reliable no matter you buy from.
One of the main thing that counts is the customer service, and how they deal with it.
In my experience, only few sites have taken good care of me and nepalisite is one of them.

So my suggestion is to call them and explain the problem. I am sure they will take care of you. They ain't running with your $5.
So give it a try.

nepalisite.com is always there to answer your concern and problems.Once you call their 1 800 number, they always give the replacement right away without any hassel if u had faced the problem with your calling card. . they have access to all the records of your calling and they can tell you how much u talked hom much is left. Nischal shrestha is very good person and he always take cares of the problems in nice manner. they are available even late night. like 1:00 AM.

Like god says, ask - it would be answered.

Just ask them..
call them..
instead of spilling the frustration in forum...
