hi there

thanx for helping out guys,
I have a question; If I get a J1 waiver job start working as H1b,
Now If I go back to my country I need to get H1b visa stamp in my passport.

Is there any chance that they can deny your H1b saying that you had 2 year home country requirement, your country needs you..
If you have no evidence of any crime except traffic violations, Is there anyone has heard that H1b can be denied, if they are getting H1b after J1 waiver process?

Thanx in advance,
If It can get denied, I cannot go back to Nepal, till H1b gets converted to green card,, that sucks big time...

any input will be helpful
Thanx
