I am planning to go Nepal for H1B Stamping. My Employer is about to start my GC Process. I was wondering if i got my LCA for GC approved and will it effect my H1B stamping in Nepal. 

My Employer is saying that they will hold my GC Process now if you are planning to go Nepal.

Any body have travelled to Nepal after LCA got approved for H1B Stamping. 
I have not got my H1B Stamping yet. 
Any ideas anyone

One of  my friend is also in the same situation. She is in H1B but not stamped yet. Her husband (who is LPR) filed i130 for her and its already  approved but waiting for visa number to file adjustment of status which may take 2-3 years. Can she go to her country and stamp her H1B ? Anybody have idea about this ? 

Udhakal your employer is saying b.s. if anything it helps that's just my thought on second note I had my labor approved and 140 pending when I got my H1b stamped. Consular didn't even ask any question regarding this.I believe LCA is handled by DOL, INS comes into play only when you file I140.

 kun chai company le GC sponsor garchha,  I don't need h1, just GC sponsorship, eso idea dim na didi bhai or daju bahini ,

maile bujhya anusar, 2 company le LCA file garna milcha, so ma 2 company bata garna chahanchhu, jasko bata approval aaucha tesai ma continue garne bichar chha, 
ma ahiile bhako company le garyo bhanchha, tara bhaneko more than 2 months bhai sakyo..kehi update chaina..tesaile..arko kunai consulantancy chha bhane share garnu hola.. :)
