यो खबर केही पहिल्यै थाहा भए पनि आज मात्र पत्र पत्रिकामा पढ्न पाइयो। जम्मा २० दिन गयल भए बापत ४ हजार रुपयां फिर्ता गरेछन। यो पैसाले आउन त केही आउदैन। मन्त्रीहरु चाहेको गाडीमा चढ्न तछाड मछाड गरिरहेको बेलामा यि माओबादी नेताले चालेको पाइला राम्रो नै मान्नुपर्दछ। हुन त यो ४ हजारले ४ लाखको बिज्ञापन गरेको जस्तो पनि लाग्दछ। आखिर नेता न परे। बिज्ञापनै सही तर पैसाको लालचमा मन्त्री देखी पिउन सम्म फसेको समयमा यो एउटा नैतिक शिक्षा हुन सक्छ। सायद यस्ता नैतिक शिक्षाले बुज्रुकहरुको दिमाग त के खुल्ला,कानुनकै सुर्काना चाहिने हो। तर कानुनका मतियार नै पैसाको थैलीमा भुलेको समयमा ४ हजार रुपायाले ४ लाखको नैतिकता सिकाएको छ।
एक हप्ता अघी आएका मेरा साथिले भन्दै थिए नेपालमा खसीको मासु ५०० रुपया किलो छ रे। बाबुरामले फिर्ता गरेको पैसा त ८ किलो मासु बराबर भयो। बुझ्नेलाइ श्रिखण्ड नबुझ्नेलाइ खुर्पाको बिंड भन्छन नि, हो त्यस्तै । घुस्यालाइ यो ८ किलो मासु हो,नैतिकवानलाइ एउटा ठुलो शिक्षा।
पैसा फिर्ता गर्ने बेलामा उनले भनेछन"आगामी दिनमा पनि उपस्थित नभएको दिनको संविधानसभाको बैठकभत्ता सचिवालयलेनै कट्टागरी उपलब्ध गरिदिनुभएमा म जस्ता सभासद्माथि नैतिक प्रश्न उठ्ने थिएन"। यस्ले भने अरु गयालवाला सभासदला धर्मसंकटनै पार्यो है। को भन्दा को कम भनेर तमासामा उत्रने हाम्रा सभासदले अब भट्टराइको ४ हजारको प्रतिप्रस्धासंग कसरी उत्रने हुन कुन्नी?
आइतबार जारी गरेको बिज्ञप्तीमा उनले भनेका छन् 'यसले सभासद्को आचरण शुद्धिमा सहयोग पुग्ने हाम्रोबिश्वास छ ।'

काठमाडौ, चैत्र १ - माओवादी उपाध्यक्ष बाबुराम भट्टराईले संविधानसभामा अनुपस्थित भएको भत्ता फिर्ता गरेका छन् ।
भट्टराईले बिज्ञप्ती जारी गरी कात्तिक १० देखि मंसिर एक गतेसम्म संविधानसभामा अनुपस्थित भएको भत्ता फिर्ता गरेको जनाएका छन् । 'अवधिमा गयल २० दिनको संविधानसभाको बैठक भत्ता फिर्ता गरेको छु' आइतबार जारी गरेको बिज्ञप्तीमा उनले भनेका छन् 'यसले सभासद्को आचरण शुद्धिमा सहयोग पुग्ने हाम्रोबिश्वास छ ।'
उनले आगामी दिनमा संविधानसभामा अनुस्थित भएमा त्यसको पारिश्रमिक कट्टागरी भुक्तानी दिन पनि संविधानसभा सचिवालयलाई आग्रह गरेका छन् ।
उनका स्वकीय सचिब बिश्वदीप पाण्डेले सचिवालयको बैठक खातमा आइतबार चार हजार रुपैया जम्मा गरी अनुपस्ति दिनको रकम फिर्ता गरेका हुन् ।
'आगामी दिनमा पनि उपस्थित नभएको दिनको संविधानसभाको बैठकभत्ता सचिवालयलेनै कट्टागरी उपलब्ध गरिदिनुभएमा म जस्ता सभासद्माथि नैतिक प्रश्न उठ्ने थिएन' भट्टराईले जारी गरेको बिज्ञप्तीमा उल्लेख छ ।

Baburam is confused soul. He is intelligent but very cunning. Every body remembers how he increased revenue in Nepal but nobody remembers how he also increased the money of PLA from 2000 to 5000. Because of this maoist are earning carores even till now. Despite the varification they are still getting money.
I know there are pros and cons of everything. Baburam has to prove that he is doing all for people of nepal and not for maoist party.
You appreciate that he returned 4000 Rupees. But that is not his job. Nepal is running out of time for making constitution. As being one of the top leader of top party, it is responsibility of him to go to parliament every day. Not escaping parliament for months and doing birodh outside. Unless neta go to the assemley and discuss how will there be a constructive outcome.

if the motive of this action is good, then we should appreciate it.
but the question is, what the heck he was doing before? why now when the time of CA is almost over and those idiots were takign money for nothing.
are they working to draft the constitution, NO. if he want to prove he is so LOYAL or whatever, he should have returned all the salary taken from the first day. (no improvement on constitution drafting yet. why should they get paid when they are not doing their job)
he should have done this earlier if he really wanted to spread some positive message. look at his wife and his fellow maoist. even blind (no offense) can distinguish what this guy is trying to prove.

अ जाठो, ४ हज्जार रुपैयाँ फिर्ता दियो भनेर गुलो उचाली उचाली यहाँ हल्ला नगर। यो जाठोले जनताको अरबौ रुपैयाँ खाएको छ,त्यस्को डकार त अझै आउनै बाँकी छ। सरकार सँग २० हज्जार सेनाको भात्ता लिदै खसिको मासु र भात पड्कएको छ यो मुजी मासुनै खान नमिल्ने बाहुनले। जाठोले गाउ गाउको कुखुरो चाखेको छ लसुन अदुवा हालेको। त्यो पनि डकार्न बाँकी नै छ।
यो बाबुराम गुले कम्ता बाठो नाक चुच्छे हो र जाठो, हेर्त यो सनस जस्तालाई त पेटिकोट्मा सुताइ सक्यो। मैले बाटोमा एक्लै भेट्न पाये यो गुलेको छाला काडेर मादल बनाएर अनी त्यो बेचेर मेरो पैसो फिर्ता लिन्थे, के गर्नु र भेटिन्न र पो।
I started to laugh when people were praising him for giving 4 thousand rupees for being absent from asmbly for about a month. Can any body tell me shouldn't he be presnet in the assemley? Whats the point if the cabinet member don't go to parliament. It is almost like a student missing classes for months.
I see no point in not going for discussion in parliament and doing protest outside.
