It depends, if you are coming to a good school with a scholarship, then Under grad is better.

If you are coming for graduate then make sure you have 4 year bachelor's. It's easier to get scholorships for graduate studies than undergraduate.

if you are coming for grad school, also make sure you bring a wife with you. Unlike in undergrad, you are not going to find many attractive women in your class in grad school. you might be freaking bored.

Dharahara,
I totally agree with what RajaHarischandra and ANA said....yea..it really depends on the school u are coming and the scholarship u getting...if u are coming with a good scholarships..meaning..able to fund the rest if you have to pay to the college.....that's it's really a good idea to study here in US as an undergradute...But if you donn have a good source of funding(either enough scholarships/self fundings)..then it will be a good idea to apply for the grad schools...cuz..I have seen students here not goin on right track..they just skip the school as go after money...that ain't right in the longterm..man..if u graduate with a good gpa..and have a real good resume..u can ofcourse find a job..life will be much more confortable....

p.s..i also somewhat agree...with pire..but that's a joke...but don forget it's a reality too.//.

Its easier to get scholarship for grad and its only for 2 years. You can start working after that if you find a job. Loan burden will also been less.

For UG, its hard to get scholarship unless you come to good school and have some kind of scholarship. You have to work really hard in small jobs to pay for tution , food, lodging etc. You will also carry more loans.
