i wish i had that compilation. amazing that there is absolutely no trace of that compilation anywhere on the internet. They just mention it in articles a couple of times but there's absolutely nowhere to get it. By the way if you get them floyd bro can you share it with me too. it would be an honour to own that.

Yeah actually i do.... I have that album " Pebbles" , it was released early 70's , the best psychedelic acid gallery sound you can find anywhere. It's like remember when you are a teenager talking about smoking dope but not doing it..... even though they say you have to be on acid to like Ogden's Nut Gone Flake or something. u still can get great pleasure out of those songs sober.... its all in the region under your hat.... actually you seem to reply to my posts in minutes why don't you come to the chat room and we can talk

Too much brains, makes you insane! God bless insanity as his!...i would like to know if guys get a hold of it too...I didn't think any copies every existed. Have You Got It Yet? Have You Got It Yet? is a collection of bootlegs of the work of Syd Barrett, Pink Floyd's guitar player and frontman during the bands early years, both in the band and in the following solo career. Initiated by Kiloh Smith of the Laughing Madcaps Yahoo! group, the collection (named after a piece Barrett reportedly presented while in the Pink Floyd, but changed each time he played it) includes several alternate versions, interviews, radio and TV shows regarding Syd and a photo album. The first CDs include some of the earliest Pink Floyd tracks, including some unreleased such as Lucy Leave and King Bee, several bootlegs from BBC and live gigs , remixes by Peter Jenner and Malcolm Jones, Out Of Phase Stereo (OOPS) fan-made mixes One of the main attractions on the collection is in the fourth CD that includes portions of the unfinished 1974 sessions, and different takes of Barrett's solo work. There are also some interviews or shows regarding Syd - one of the later CDs is a taping of a 2001 radio show, condensed to fit on a regular CD (from two hours to around 74 minutes), other Nick Mason and David Gilmour interviews, others promos and tapings of retrospective BBC and VH1 shows. The final CDs include covers of Barrett's songs by other musicians such as The Flaming Lips, R.E.M. or Robyn Hitchcock. The final release, named Apocrypha has several tracks of dubious or fake origin.

A legend is still a legend. Today everyone can make a song, but not everyone can make history. You can croon and moan like Britney and make few million teenage fans. Or you can dance like a clown, self promote your body and get those dumbnut female fans. Or you can shake your booties, show some skin and get some perverted minds on your side. Its all an fleeting illusion. Or you can take them to the candy shop and whip their azz, make all the suggestive comments and win grammy and MTV awards. Syd is a legend in all aspects. have you guys watched that VH1 presentation on pink floyd?

snurp! nicely said, and yes i have watched it and actually there is a dvd its called "pink floyd and syd barrett story" i think that has more than the Vh1 version ! its the same thing basically just with more clips from "Lets all make love in london tonight". its definitely worth buying ! i mean if you are an avid collecter and really syd barrett fan.... anyways....... hey its really cool to see ppl respond to syd barrett's talk rather than love and politics and stuff. nothing meant to anyone but that's almost what happens here though! well enough for now.....
