Hello, I applied for TPS registration in November 2023, and as of March 17th, my case is still pending. For those who applied for TPS in November, have you received your EAD yet?

I received receipt on oct 27, 2023 still shows pending. But heard some people’s got their tps approved within a month

I received my Employment Authorization Document (EAD) last week and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) the week prior. In contrast, a friend who applied at the same time as me is still waiting. My application process, which I submitted via mail, spanned roughly three months.

These days by mail takes 2.8 months . AP time has become faster than before . Filing online takes upto 3- 4 months .

Thank you all for sharing. Please update as you receive your EAD. I hope Nebraska Service Center sends it soon.

how long does it take to get Travel document approved from Nebraska service center any ideas?

How to inquiry? I tried to call customer service but no help. I applied in November too.

Raj11 - mine is pending since September. There is no fixed timeline for USCIS to approve anything. As everything in the US, it depends on luck. If you are looking to travel, apply asap.

Travel document takes less than than 3.5 months these days .

suggestions - you can submit the service request here, but there is nothing guaranteed. My service request was submitted 3 weeks back and still no response.

I just realized that after logging into USCIS website for my TPS case, clicked on documents, it shows my photos are unvalidated. What does that mean? It did allow me to submit my application and I took those pictures with a professional. What do you guys see?

Mine says validated photograph.

I would not worry about that unless they specifically asks you to upload new photo. They should not reject your application for that. Unvalidated means it hasn't been validated and require further validation.

I applied for both I821 and I765.
The documents I uploaded in Nov 10 are only showing in I765 and empty in I821.
Do I have to upload the same documents on I821 section ?

I765 is pending at step 3 (Decision making) and I821 is pending at step 2 (Biometric).
Photo says "Unvalidated Photograph".
