seriously asking for some advises. I plan on to apply for asylum visa. And im going to apply it in california although im living in a different state rite now. So do u guys know how much would it cost to get a lawyer and get it done and all?? I got plenty of reason to apply for it.So i thought why not do it. Thanx in advance.

Are they still accepting asylum application from Nepal? My understanding was that the country had to be a dictatorship like North Korea or Burma or in civil war like Nepal some 10 years ago. What would the rationalization be?
I am not being facetious, I genuinely would like to know.

California is a nice State if you are filing for asylum. After applying your application, you will get an interview date with in a month and the result in just 15 days. And the people in California are pretty liberal unlike the ones in Texas. When you talk about cost, "sukka pani lagdaina if you want to file by yourself." But it is a life changing opportunity, so you better consult with experts. आए आँप गए झट्टारो! Good Luck!
