Recipe for making wai wai:
Take a bowl of water. Add wai wai. Add wai wai masala, chilli powder and ghee and stir well. Heat it in the microwave for 2 minute. Wai wai tayar..:)

salad...hahahahahahaha....sure does sound like "official nautanki lunch" to me now :P...does that mean, we have one too many pot-bellied nautanki members --captain including? hahahaha :P.....as for me, i had today's lunch in bits and pieces. started with chicken soup...then rice pudding after an hour:P....and few muffins with diet coke just a while back. :D....i am not even birping though :P

Loote - Finally your sawari made its way here :P Good to see you here. As for eating healthy, why on earth would it be primarily waist-line driven? Have you considered increasing obesity and early onset of diabetes and higher-cholesterol related disease in the US ? (including grad school students :P) Diet and exercise go hand in hand on that account - wouldn't you agree? :)
