A lady reporter from Aaj Tak approaches a Nepali girl wearing helmet to protect herself from earthquake and ask, "Why are you wearing this helmet?" What kind of dumb question is this? Please boycott all Indian Media now and also in near future. If you see any Indian media reporting from any Nepali town, immediately snatch their mic and camera and harass them so that they won't dare to come back to Nepal for any kind of reporting. Thank you and Jai Nepal.

And,nepalese want to go to India to sutdy journalism. we have seen heir products, Oh sorry, it was not their degree, it is their bullying attitude towards nepalese.
Nah, Indians have big dream, they dream about being some great journalist BBC, CNN, Aljazera, CCTV have but they dont have the chance to sohw their talent. When they come to Nepal they get their chance but they dont see "dhoti fuskeko" while achieving their dream.
But wait, it is not them, it is us, many of us think that if Indians help us they have the right to bully us. you can see many such thughts in different sajha posting. Gorkhey ko khana khilawo aur bully karo, kya baat hai. and in the end we even need Indians to say that we are bullied. if a nepali you raise his voice against this bullying attitude he will be considered Anti India, by bully lovers, which is considered crime of the century

It sucks that Nepal is next to India and our culture is so similar. Our economy is largely dependent on them. A lot of supplies we need in the country, we get from them. We need to deepen our relationship with China and stay far away from India. Nepal will be fine without these countries in the next 100 - 200 years.

I dont think that lady reporter did any thing wrong asking the question raised above. Actually reporter is supposed to ask the question and let the person question being asked say why she is wearing the helmet. It does not matter whether reporter knows why or not, it is not what reporter should concern. Reporters should not pass their judgement. Most reporter in south Asia (may be every where ) pass their judgement directly (in Nepal i see it quite much) and/ or in some dubious way. In nepali news i almost always see, 'people think this and that', "some people say", "a governement officer says " , "people are raising the question that and this" and so on. This is the dubious way to pass the judgement (presstitue better word coined nowadays) rather than the people say what they want to say.

You said she asked the question what could guess. My answer is for that. Now situation is different thing and depends on reporter and what he/she felt while with the person being asked. Why do you think to ask "why are you feeling?" is wrong? Was mother angry for being asked? and reporter pressuring her to answer? If not i dont think there is any thing wrong.

@paradox.... I think there are timings for asking certain questions. How would you react if someone comes to you and ask, "आपका बेटा मर गया. आपको कैसा लग राहा है?

I am pretty sure this depends on the situation. What type of personality the reporter has. How is his/her approach is towards me. How is his facial/body gesture and most likely other subconscious communication between two people. In this case you are passing judgement on reporter and her style and the mother who was being asked might have felt connection with her and have helped her on her agony as many people like to say their pain as it is said expressing pain lowers intensity of pain.

@paradox.....Even Yogis and Psychologist would have hard time understanding subconscious communication and this is a disaster zone where people are panicking, crying, and don't know what to do. And reporters from India are making sensuous news with interesting background music asking ridiculous questions : आपने खाना नही खाया हुवा है तीन दिन से, आपको कैसा महसुस हो राहा है?

This is what happens when you study journalism by copying the question some journalist asked in different situation. Most of the time the question is asked, when some one achieve something or someone survived from accident or someone in the stage of recovery from loss( this include death of relatives) the question is never asked at the moment of loss or accident. If asked that is inhumane. Nepali ma bhancha no ghaau kottaune, as a human you are not supposed to ask at the moment of loss, that someone does only to humiliate, you must have seen a villain asking such question to hero in Hindi cinema. Also in Mahabharata, kaurabs asks such question to pandabs when pandabs their close ones. It is against humanity and against Indian Nepali culture.

Again, was the Lady the question being asked angry? Was she irritated? Was reporter imposing her thought on the lady? Was lady unable to ignore reporter even if she wanted? Obviously what you did not like what reporter did/asked to lady. Does it matter what you like or not when you are only one of the millions who say the reporting. Did you ask the lady whether she liked being asked question? If the lady has no problem with all these who are you to question it? Do you think you are better than the lady ? Than the reporter? Do you own Nepal more than the Lady being asked to announced with other fellow Nepali that indian reporters should be attacked? Funny part is i had read your very well thought posting in religion, spiritualism and bedic concept but i feel you missed here very badly.

@paradox...The lady was crying and reporter asked, "आपको कैसा महसुस हो रहा है?" Not only once, but six times ! Do you think this is humane? The question of irritation is out of question here because you don't feel anything when you have lost all your family members.

Initially you said she asked such question and now you saying she asked 6 times. Obviously it is wrong if the lady did not answer first time and reporter insisted for answer 5 times more. Reporter might have thought she did not understand the question but again it is outright wrong to ask same question 6 times. Actually i was answering you for Helmet question and you defending with other things. No matter what, you are out right wrong to say " If you see any Indian media reporting from any Nepali town, immediately snatch their mic and camera and harass them so that they won't dare to come back to Nepal for any kind of reporting." If you still feel what you said is right I have nothing to say.

Do you feel ok for "If you see any Indian media reporting from any Nepali town, immediately snatch their mic and camera and harass them so that they won't dare to come back to Nepal for any kind of reporting." I am interested only in your yes or no answer.

lol.... Chanakya niti is not about yes or no in all situation. The current circumstances of Nepal is asking that we kick Indian Media out of Nepal right now. However, when time comes we must worship them as if they are our gods. This all depends on circumstances. And this is Chanakya niti.

Right now I am watching CNN international "witness of devastation" they also have interviews, BBC had too, but no one is asking such questions. CNN and BBC also have seen such things during their reporting. But they report politely, one question was how much hope did u had to find your kids,? Etc etc. But Indian reporter behaved "lato desh ma gado Tanner I" I am watching i24 news( Israeli international news), CCTV, chines international English news) sky news, BBC, CNN, alzazera and Indian TVs, only Indians doing such humiliating interview

Bichitra Kumar! How a third person (lets say other nationality, Japanese one) will feel between a reporter who asks insensitive question 6 times or asks why some body is wearing helmet in earthquake and a person who says "If you see any Indian media reporting from any Nepali town, immediately snatch their mic and camera and harass them so that they won't dare to come back to Nepal for any kind of reporting."
