I lost my I-94 at the custom office while coming back from Nepal this summer. I had been putting off getting a new I-94 until now but now my school wants to see a copy of it. I tried calling a few immigration offices regarding this issue but they keep transferring me to some other offices and I haven't been able to get any help. Does anyone know the appropriate place to contact to get a new I-94? Also, how much does it cost to get a new I-94.?

Any help appreciated.

Man, you should have gone back to the custom office and filled out another one right there. Now you have to gather alot of paperworks to prove when you landed here. To start the process, you can go to your local USCIS office and tell them that you lost your I-94. Of course, they will give you a form to fill out. Fill it out and submit it with copy of your ticket, passport, visa,  I-20, previous I-94.
