सामाजिक शिक्षाका शिक्षकले नै ७० वषर्ीया वृद्धालाई बोक्सीको आरोपमा दिसा खुवाए बोक्सीको आरोपमा आफूलाई दिसा खुवाउने शिक्ष्ँकसहित तीन जनाविरुद्ध खड्गीले २०६३ चैत २६ गते जिल्ला अदालत चितवनमा मुद्दा दायर गरेकी छन् । पृथ्वी राजमार्गस्थित चितवन, दारेचोक गाविस-३, कुरनिघाट बजारकी दिलमायालाई भुइ“मा पल्टाएर चैत १९ गते छिमेकी दीपक खनाल, डोलबहादुर घिमिरे र हर िश्रेष्ठले दिसा खुवाएका थिए । घटना र्सार्वजनिक गरेमा कुट्ने धम्की दिएकाले स्थानीय बासिन्दा त्यसबारे मौन थिए । तर, मानव अधिकारकर्मीहरूको पहलमा सो घटना र्सार्वजनिक गरयिो । खनाल, घिमिरे र श्रेष्ठविरुद्ध गालीबेइज्जती ऐन ०१६ बमोजिम मुद्दा दायर भएको छ ।
