Hi All,


Anybody has filed asylum is US and how is the approved/denied rate in the last 6 months or 1 yr duration ?


What documents we need ?


If I am in a status (F1, H1, H4 whatever) and I filed my asylum and get denied, what happened then ? am I still in the same status in what status I was before ?


Please advice!
