there are some dhoti consultancies in and around atlanta GA. they will at least extend your I-20 for another 1 year or so. if u want their phone go to their websites. if you want training they provide online and onsite both. www.radiumsoft.com - good one. www.h2kinfosys.com - ok, at least they can help you.

I'm exactly in same situation as KKOL. Even dhotis are not willing to provide trainings these days. If any of you know dhotis consultancy that provides training and file for H1B please let me know. By the way if i have my dhoti in gas station run my paycheck as an accountant will that help me to stay on status or no? Your suggestions would be very much helpful. Thanku

Damn!! unbelievable people still looking for H1 without a Job? Its easy to maintain status while in F1 even though someone might have already finished grad school he can still join some cheap college to maintain status or do PHD, use cpt/opt and work any entry level, middle level jobs. once in H1 u cant go back to F1(without job), cant do entry level jobs as there is salary requirement, really tough to get h1 level jobs, almost impossible to maintain paystubb without job, u'r status can be in trouble as there are so many audits with these dhoti consultancies. Its a complete trap to jump for H1 without a job.

If u Join School, then Ur OPT will be Void..and U will still be in F1 status, not a problem..If U can get Some Volunteer Job in ur field of study , then it will still save u from 90 days rule..At this time, really hard to get a Job.Jobs still seem to be there, but for some weird reason We are not getting it...

thank you for your response. a day ago i went to Radiumsoft. seems they do good job but they said that they cannot guarantee that they will file for h1 even we do training. they said that if there is job available then only they will process for the filing. and guys, is it enough to submit a letter to school stating that I am associated with the company and taking training so that I can be safe from the 90 days rule of OPT. Thanx in advance.

Hi kkol, I think for now it should be enough if you can submit your employer details to your university(which in your case is Radiumsoft). It should be fine if you take training from them and once you get a job they will file your h1b.This might take time (months or so) so just make sure Radiumsoft is e-verified company if you can extend your OPT.But it seems you are MBA graduate, so you also have to keep a backup plan-( school).( what if your 1 yr OPT expires w/o getting a job or even if u get a job after 2-3 months, u would miss h1b filing period(April).Try garne ho saathi job paune tara yeso backup plans ni rakhnu. Good luck!
