I have to send abt Us $ 3500 to Nepal. Could any body suggest me to send it without having any IDS or SS no. please.

you can send under $ 1,000 from westernunion without id and ss.

Dude,
Open up a checking account at WalMu. All international money transfers are free. Money would be diposited in your(or your loved one's) account in Nepal.
Never tried it, but I know it works.
