I have been getting tickets from Rakshya Travels in Kamaladi for the past 5 years when my parents and in-laws visit me. Easy to deal with people. Satisfied so far. If you want to give a try, call them @ 4412871 in Nepal.

My recommendation would be Kumari Travels Durbar Marg (Ask for Mr Nirmal). 20+ years my experience with them. They have handled every conceivable situation with Nepalis travelling abroad.
