I am trying to access a website and receiving the following error message. Can anyone please help me how to clear it up? I will appreciate your help.

As a user, there is nothing you can do to "clear" this type of errors.

In a nutshell, it is a server-side exception generated by the IIS/ASP.NET engine (Not your fault... Anyone who visits the site in question will get the same error). So your best bet is to notify the administrators of the site of this error and hope that they fix it soon.

Those who wrote code on server side did not explicetly execute transaction and commit. Hence, the log file gets piled up and never gets cleaned.

In my openion, those programmers did not have good knowledge of transaction and commit. These are needed when insert, delete and update are executed.
